POSITION TITLE: Systems Analyst II - LSS
DEPARTMENT: IS&T
SHIFT: Days
HOURS BI-WEEKLY: 80 (Full time - Exempt)
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Healthcare experience required. Prefer experience in ambulatory setting. Experience with scheduling, coding, and billing a plus. Associates Degree in Nursing, Information systems, Business, Clinical Discipline, or other related discipline is required; Bachelors' Degree, preferred; but educational requirements may be waived based on adequate, relevant experience.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Applicants should be technologically savvy and able to grasp complex concepts quickly. Knowledge of applications that support the healthcare environment are a plus. Skill in operating the listed tools and equipment: (PC, telephone, dictation equipment, copy machine, automobile, Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project). Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required. Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing: ability to maintain assigned programs and systems; ability to troubleshoot assigned programs; ability to meet project deadlines; ability to train and supervise project resources; ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with subordinates, peers and supervisors; ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and in making decisions; ability to follow or give verbal and written instructions, as applicable.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
